WHO IS JESTER?
JESTER is a boundary-shattering megaband and creative collective founded and fronted by Aithen, with the name bestowed by West Coast legend Xzibit. Pulling together world-class talent from across genres—opera, Broadway, metal, bluegrass, rock, and beyond—JESTER fuses it all around a fearless hip-hop core, redefining what a band can be in the 21st century.
Unapologetically bold, JESTER doesn’t follow trends—it sets the new standard, blending genre-defying innovation with irreverent energy to create music and experiences that feel both timeless and completely new. The band operates as its own universe: complete with distinctive fashion, evolving lore, and unprecedented behind-the-scenes media that documents the journey in near real-time.
At the heart of Fearless Visionary Entertainment, JESTER serves as both flagship artistic force and cultural engine—premiering groundbreaking work in owned venues, fueling premium documentaries and series under JESTER Presents, and pushing the entire ecosystem forward. Martian Pop in spirit—too vast for one planet, too authentic for imitation—JESTER invites the world to witness what happens when uncompromising talent is given total freedom.
Aithen Wild (“The Jokerr”), 40. Highly gifted rapper, producer, singer, multi-instrumentalist. Built like a linebacker. Charismatic and determined, from a gritty biracial Phoenix background. Founder and frontman, created JESTER in response to repeated rejection in the music industry.
Val Vigoda (“Sage”), 57. Petite and silver-haired, the eldest of the group. Powerhouse electric violinist and singer, award-winning New York musical theatre artist, Disney songwriter, former Army lieutenant, and single parent with a teenage autistic son. Effervescent and lyrical, from east-coast Ivy League roots.
Glasses Malone (“G”), 45. Notorious West Coast Crip and gangster rapper. His gravelly voice and formidable size belie his intelligence and gentle nature—which he reserves only for those who deserve it.
Luna Achiary (“Luna”), 35. Like a blonde Italian Bjork. Plays a zillion instruments, speaks seven languages fluently, and exudes rock star energy from every pore. Highly cultured and worldly, Luna is a passionate, raw, visceral force of nature.
Anastasia Malliaras (“Stazia”), 32. Unassumingly electric and vivacious master opera singer, from a traditional Greek background. Willowy, dark, and beautiful, she also never lets on that she struggles with major health issues.
Shauna Madinah (“DQ”), 43. Soul/country diva in the tradition of Whitney Houston and Mariah Carey. An elegant, reserved former model of Irish descent, Shauna has been through the wringer in both Nashville and LA. She reclaimed her own creative power after 13 years with an abusive, religious-fundamentalist husband.
R.J. Root (“Knightmare”), 33. Darkly handsome guitar hero who excels in blues, jazz and Latin music. High-energy, gregarious and quick-witted, Shauna's boyfriend. Defender of the innocent, very gentle soul but can hop into a bar fight instantly if needed.
Brian Regalado (“ScxreCrow”), 40. Mexican metalhead guitarist (and Aithen’s drumming rival in grade school), Brian can cover Megadeth songs and play every instrument himself. Raised on the wrong side of the tracks in Phoenix, he’s now a father of 6, and has his own recording studio downtown. He’s never given up his dream of being a rock star.
Mikala Schmitz (“Mikala”), 34. Boasting a master’s degree in cello performance, Mikala has a pleasant and unassuming nature that cleverly cloaks her razor sharp studio skills and fiery onstage alter ego as she tours the world with her Take 3 Trio band. Her extensive performance credits include Netflix, HBO, and the Actors' Studio with Tim Robbins.
Glen Turner (“The Wind”), 33. Tall, laid-back jazz saxophone virtuoso, and versatile composer with an EDM alter ego called Kazeshini. Tuba was his main instrument until he discovered the sax at age 10. An LA native, avid video gamer and manga/comic reader, Glen describes himself as a happy nerd.
Zarah Mahler (“Zarah”), 39. Gothic, tiny but fierce. Introverted and a bit Wednesday Addams-ish. "Death pop" singer/songwriter. Accomplished actor and Broadway veteran. Her dark musical tendencies reflect her history of deep trauma and severe abuse.
