A Princeton honors graduate and former U.S. Army lieutenant, Val brings discipline, intelligence, and an unbreakable spirit to everything she touches. Classically trained with a fearless creative edge, she has toured globally with icons like Cyndi Lauper (opening for Tina Turner and Cher), Joe Jackson, and the Trans-Siberian Orchestra. As a acclaimed songwriter, Val has created music for Disney films, attractions, and cruises—including the beloved Toy Story the Musical—and written and starred in award-winning theatrical productions such as Ernest Shackleton Loves Me and Striking 12.

As President and Chief Cultural Officer of Fearless Visionary Entertainment, Glasses serves as the ultimate bridge between the streets and the suites. AITHEN WILD

Nathaniel Aithen Wild founded Fearless Visionary Entertainment in 2021 as a first-principles cultural engine designed to restore meritocracy, elevate uncompromising talent, and inject pure signal into an entertainment landscape saturated with noise. A multidisciplinary artist, producer, and engineer with over two decades across music, film, and media, Aithen bridges high-impact culture with foundational physics, information theory, and the architecture of biologically affordable civilizational systems.
Recognizing entertainment as the primary force shaping human values and behavior, he unified these disciplines through Fearless—fusing authentic hip-hop, pop culture, and high-class theatrical innovation upon a real-estate-backed foundation engineered for permanent structural stability. Having witnessed how legacy gatekeeping and misaligned incentives suppress exceptional creators, Aithen structured the company around an unyielding alternative: provide elite artists with world-class resources, protect their creative sovereignty, and allow pure merit to determine what rises.
Today, Aithen serves as Fearless’s principal architect and creative director, driving its production standards, foundational research, and strategic trajectory. With CEO Val Vigoda leading executive operations and business management, Aithen directs the core creative and theoretical frameworks that define the institution.
