A multi-disciplinary artist, producer, and engineer with over two decades of professional experience across music, film, video, and media production, Aithen saw firsthand how gatekeeping and politics often sidelined the industry’s most gifted talents. He launched Fearless to restore meritocracy, providing world-class resources and unwavering support for top-tier creatives who refuse to compromise their authenticity.
